This Document Shipping Policy governs the shipment of client documents processed by JP&EU. It applies exclusively to documents issued in hard copy format. Electronically issued documents are not eligible for shipment under this Policy.
Client original documents are shipped by one of our trusted shipping associates located in China, India, Bangladesh, Ukraine, Brazil, or Morocco. The selection of the shipping associate is based on the following criteria:
This practice minimizes high shipping costs, especially for shipments sent outside the EU, where costs range from €100 to €150, plus associated fees and taxes such as customs duties and handling charges.
A universal shipping charge of €60 per applicant is applied for each country where shipping is required. This fee covers:
Additional charges may apply in cases of expedited shipping or special handling requests, which will be communicated to the client in advance.
A combined shipment can be sent if the destination address is the same for all packages, regardless of the universal shipping cost paid separately for each client.
Only documents issued in hard copy format are eligible for shipment. Documents issued electronically (e.g., PDFs, digital certificates) will not be shipped. Contractor is responsible for ensuring that hard copy documents are provided to the clients in a complete and accurate manner.
Shipments are typically delivered within 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country and shipping associate. Delays may occur due to:
Clients will be provided with a tracking number, where available, to monitor the shipment’s progress.
All shipments are handled with strict confidentiality. Documents are securely packaged to prevent damage or loss during transit. JP&EU and its shipping associates comply with GDPR – the data protection and privacy regulations to safeguard client information (https://gdpr.eu).
Clients will be notified via email upon dispatch of their documents. JP&EU does not receive regular updates from shipping associates or destination country authorities during transit, as they are not obligated to provide such updates. Clients will be informed once delivery is confirmed or if any issues arise.
In the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment, JP&EU will work with the shipping associate to investigate and resolve the issue. Clients must report any non-delivery or damage within 7 days of the expected delivery date. JP&EU is not liable for losses or damages caused by third-party shipping associates, but we will assist in filing claims where applicable.
JP&EU reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our official website.
